With a motto of ‘taking you to your next place’, Brendon’s goal is to help you to achieve your aspirations through property. Whether you are looking to invest, start a commercial portfolio, move up, downsize, buy that dream home or a brand new apartment off-the-plan, his extensive knowledge and experience will help you get there.

A family man at heart and dedicated leader, Brendon has built the team at Realestate88 Inner City into a dynamic, energetic and focused one that is continually learning, upskilling and working on the ever-changing world of real estate.

Starting the business with a young family, he was committed to making it great and that he did. Now with multiple Agents, Property Managers, a dedicated marketing team and a support team on hand. Brendon works continually challenging the status quo and innovating sales and marketing methods to achieve the best results for his clients.

Holding a Bachelor of Business (Property Economics) degree and a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management), he is an accredited and multi-award-winning agent. To date, he has achieved milestones including; Multiple REIWA Grand Master and Master Salesperson accolades, triple winner of the REIWA Residential Salesperson of the Year, a regular top runner in the Nationwide Top 100 Sales Agents list, and REIWA Rookie of the Year honours in 2009 after relocating to Perth from the east coast.

Excelling in the premium inner-city suburbs, selling apartments, strata townhouses, waterfront penthouses, luxury green title homes, off-the-plan strata projects, as well as blue-chip commercial properties, Brendon works daily with his buyers and sellers to achieve their dreams.
